My grandfather was the mayor of Merthyr Tydfil, you can't get much more Welsh than that, I re-claim my welsh ancestry - at least until the next game!

Well done the Boyos. laugh

Hahaaaa,on my dads side my Gran (Irish mother and French father) was adopted by a Welsh family and her husband, my Grandad was Welsh.
Sorry mum but my English and Scottish blood just isn't cutting it at the moment.

I suppose my options have been pretty good in 2016. smile

My other half is half welsh and was born in Aberystwyth. Makes my daughter 1/4 welsh, so I'm firmly on the bandwagon!

Unbelievable! I'm still speechless. Coleman got his game plan (those who are English and not sure what one of those is look it up biggrin ) absolutely spot on. No reason why we can't beat Ronaldo I mean Portugal in the semi finals either.

Gutted that Ramsey will miss the next game, I don't think that handball warranted a yellow card.

As much as I admire Iceland for what they've achieved so far I'd like to see a Wales v Italy final. Bags of passion and commitment on both sides and likely to be another exciting end to end game.

I'm hoping to see Bale rub Ronaldo's nose in it even more though. Sick of seeing his whinging, whining and general stty attitude towards his opponents and teammates alike. Bale is the far more complete footballer for me in every aspect of his game and attitude.

Dragons v waffles? Only one winner.
Cymru am byth.
My five year old and four year old boys have just gone to bed having been charging through the house shouting Wales, Wales for what seems forever.

The spirit of Gary Speed lives on rest his soul.

No Welsh in my family at all but that didn't matter. Myself, wife and kids all cheering them on last night, us showing the same enthusiasm and desire for a win that we should be showing for England.

Well done Wales, fantastic football, great result.

Serendipitously I'm in Brugge right now and was last night.

They had it all planned out, big Fanzone down in the square, everyone waving flags, wearing the shirts, faces painted the lot. They were all out to see the might of Belgium's Golden Generation crush the "plucky" Welsh.

Mrs Dawg and I maintained a discrete and decorous silence (I might have ruined this when Ash equalised) but we were quietly confident. After all, we met them in the qualifying group and did them then.

"Plucky" my arse. All their superstars huffed and they puffed and got themselves royally stuffed. And now they're blaming their manager. Parallels with England anyone?

We've got the best team spirit in this competition even though we haven't got the best players. Ok, we've got the best player but we've got a team that plays for each other and Wales too.

And I bet that's got that preening bellend Ronaldo worried.

This is it exactly!

We know we're not the best but we out the effort in and make it count.whatever happens in the next game I'm extremely proud of our boys they've played well beyond expectations and I agree win whoever said about Gary Speed, he's definitely at the back of the minds of everyone!
