Another day, another question!

Are there any Chimaera parts that are now becoming really hard / impossible to get hold of?

Just thinking if I go to look at a car that appears to need something minor doing like a rear window which sounds quite minor but actually turns out to be a nightmare to sort.

Thanks.

I noticed that the steering column UJs were becoming difficult to source. There are parts like original manifolds and Y piece that aren't produced anymore but aftermarket options are better than the OEMs so no issue there

Power steering racks, but you can replace with a Scooby rack so even that is replaceable smile

Door mirrors are off a redundant Citroen, but alternatives are available.

Headlights - a cracked lens or dull reflector would not seem to be a big problem, but could cost quite a few hundred quid to get sorted.

Isn't one of the two types of differential now difficult or impossible to rebuild due to (lack of) availability of parts?
