This was taken in a meadow, at least 1/2 a mile from the nearest pond!

Cool effect, I would probably have made the distance between the wheels and the 'water' a bit smaller so there was a little less green in between the car and the reflection.

This is coming from someone who doesn't actually have PS though...

Don't worry it's not a Photoshop thing, it's a java thing I've used this effect on my website (badly in need of an update) along with a few others similar effects.

As they say in Starship Troopers "Do you want to know more?"
