Property buying advise

[vkcs22]

Hi All

Hope this is in the right section.

I recently found a lovely 2 bed flat in Bromley and about to put an offer in.

The block has some solar panels fitted. Is this going to be an issue for obtaining mortgages?

How's Brexit affecting the property market at the moment?

Any advice much appreciated!
