Bought a T350 on Saturday at last…………..

Sold a 450 Chim back in 2010 and was looking for one late 2010………….. only to find the ex sleeping with the guy down the road………. NO T350 and a divorce!
Meet a wonderful lady who helped get me back in a 450 Chim just over two years ago. Then I took her to Rome and proposed.........

Saw a T350 for sale a couple of weeks ago and it was actually my new wonderful wife who said……… buy it the new kitchen can wait. My only problem is first out first in the driver’s seat!

Anyway looking for a sag boot handle, where is the best place to get one?
Also I have a bible for the Chim /Griff, I see something similar on ebay at £250 for the speed 6, is this the going rate? Are they worth their money? I’m fairly hands on and intending to keep the car, it’s an April 03 model in Spectra flair Silver 26K miles.

Just logged back on to facebook after about 5 years as I’m told there is a good facebook group?

Its just had a major service (£1800) at Power and I intend to keep the history up.

you can get Sag handles on eBay

Not sure about bible as I don't have one myself

Just go on Facebook and search T350 and the group will come up, the chap who will approve you is Steve Perkins nice chap

There is some great knowledgeable guys on there including me 😉 so I doubt we will speak on there

£1800 for a major service at Powers that's not bad, spent thousands with Dom but I did get an engine upgrade

Checked on eBay and I can't find the handle either so looks like you need to get them from powers or racedirect

If you're hands on and happy to muck in then Grahams Bible is worth trying to get hold of. They keep their value so it's not like it's money down the drain, and it's well written, plenty of photos and you can tell it took a whole lot of hours to write!

Graham's bible is very useful, but to be honest I get annoyed at people cashing in selling it. People with £20k-60k cars and they're nickel and diming like this. I think I paid around £60 for mine new and when I come to sell my car it either goes with the car or I sell it for a sensible price later (once I'm sure I won't buy another T car...). After all, the only buyers will be T350/Tamora/Sagaris owners, and we're all 'in it' together.

This was one of the first modifications I did to my T350c when I got it. I bought the handle from TorqueRVT as they were cheapest at the time. Be aware you need to carefully drill the catch (located on the inside of the glass). Worth buying the gasket(s) too. You may also need some revised fixings (the ones fitted to mine were too short).
