Hi all

Im just wondering what businesses/services PH'ers have noticed a shortage of or long wait for lately?

or put it another way. 10k budget, no ties or responsibility, can relocate anywhere within reason. What would you do?

£10K is a satisfactory amount with which to set up as a self-employed gardener. As long as you are not in a poor area you will be able to get work. Good stepping stone to handyman work which can pay even more.

Yes, you could set up very well for £10,000.

I think for this to work you'd need to market it well, have a decent van or pick up, not flash but liveried and a good "Door step manner"

Within a month you'd have more work than you could handle if you were reliable, left places looking good and prepared to take on smaller jobs.
