Car parks at supermarkets.
Or more precisely, the people that use them.
Picture the scene....its 8.30 on Saturday night on a Tesco (no apologies for my not shopping at an upmarket outlet such as Sainsburys like the rest of you Toffs...
) car park....
A multitude of people rushing to get that last bottle of plonk or whatever it is theyre in there for.
Numtie numero uno pushes his "Tesco" trolley across the rapidly emptying car park and proceeds to unload his goodies along with his missus into his 4X4.
Upon completing the upload he turns and jumps into his vehicle and off he drives...blissfully unaware that the wind may very well soon be taking his now used and cast off trolley away into the darkness and into the side of some other unfortunate's motor.
Question.
Why do people do this?
Not 20 feet from him is? Yup! A trolley park area to secure the thing.
And two cars up from him, another!
Am i the only one here who upon seeing such complete sloth and laziness will put myself out and put it away for them?
I did think of creating a scene for a moment but then i thought, "What the hell" and let it go, although the last one that i saw doing it, got a mouthful of " Too much ferking trouble is it?" as i vacated my own vehicle and proceeded to show them up by pushing it to the trolley park myself.
I cant understand peoples attitudes to stuff like this.
It makes it better for all if theyd just get off their fat Mcdonalds filled arseholes and do the right thing for once, besides, the extra exercise might prevent em a heart attack or worse still an angry confrontation with the owner of a damaged car.
Do the right thing and put em away ffs...

When I worked on car park security at B&Q that's what I spent most of the day doing - moving trollies that had been left in parking bays by people too lazy to move them to the trolley bays that would've been all of a couple of seconds walk away. Also, re: car parks and their users:
-People who park in the walkway section, figuring that there's a car-sized gap between two cars, so it must be a space, despite the fact that it's black/white striped and got KEEP CLEAR written on it.
-People who park diagonally, with their front left wheel in the bay on one side and their back right wheel in the other.
-People who turn up intending to cart a wardrobe back in a Metro, find it doesn't fit, go home to get a 'big car', an hour later arrive in an Escort, it doesn't fit, then ring round all their mates with 4x4s, who are probably watching the football or having a barbecue, to come down and give them a hand. And I guess that it's these people who protest against having 'big cars'
-People in convertibles who parked up with the roof down and told me to 'keep an eye on it'.
-Old people who, despite the fact that I, uniformed and badge-identified, helped them in their obviously frail state load their car with bags of ready-mix cement, didn't say one word of thanks.
-Laxxers who parked up outside the branch of Halfraud's next door, on the double-yellows, to get some chav extras fitted, who'd just sit there with the doors open and music blaring, glaring aggressively at passers-by.
-Hairdressers in New Beetles taking 3 hours to park their cars, prone to reversing out suddenly when you were walking past.
Oooh, the list goes on. And I'm not even going to start on the two times I worked nights on 'boy racer watch' - if they couldn't get in, they just drag raced up and down the road outside, acting like they were in The Farce & The Spurious. Someone seriously needs to follow the US's lead that they laid down in the '20s to the present day, and open some public dragstrips, but this being England, we'd get some Nimby complaining about the noise, wouldn't we?

A friday/saturday night dragstrip would be an excellent idea. As an article said "they would just thrash their cars until their crankshafts broke".
You could have classes. Problem is insurance, I reckon.
I just reckon they set aside some wasteland somewhere, state at the gate that insurance doesn't count beyond this point, racing is at own risk etc and let them get on with it. If they're going to drive sensibly fast, then good for them and they might learn something. If they crash, well they'll learn their limits and have to fork out for the damage themselves, but because it wasn't on a public road and the distinction has been made between racing and driving, it shouldn't harm their insurance if it gets fixed.
I think part of the problem is making 'rules', these people don't play by the rules, but unlike turning a blind eye to things like drug abuse, 'tolerance areas' for racing could prove to be beneficial in clearing the streets of the antisocial and dangerous laxxer racing problem.
And come on - I bet some PHers would be tempted to turn up to a dragstrip in their sports car at night and show 'em all what real power was if you couldn't afford a track day that weekend. I'd love to turn up in an American muscle car, personally.
Few months back at my local sainsburys, pikey sounding couple got into a new looking 4x4 (Range Rover I think) and as they finished loading the stuff into the trolly the bloke said to the woman "put that back in the trolly park luv" , woman replied "nah f**k it. Some other tosser will do it" and they drove off
Nice...
