How long for 2 fractured vertebrae to heal. Been told 6 weeks. Is that 6 weeks and up to full speed or 6 weeks and take it easy and build up slowly.


Trampolining is another thing that appears not to be like riding a bike. cry

6 weeks and take it very easy. Been there done that.

3-4 months before anywhere near feeling full strength again. Spinal cord is not something to mess about with.
