Invoice and payment systems
Discussion
Looking for recommendations on better invoice./payment systems for a small business.
Currently use Invoice2go - it has a nice interface and an easy to use app and importantly offer the customer option to by debit/credit cards or PayPal.
Problem with them is they seem very slow to get the money across when they have taken a card payment. They also don't make it easy to see who has paid by card (therefore I awaiting on invoice2go to send me the funds and who as paid by PayPal or not paid).
Looking for fast payer that takes cards and makes it easy to see who owes/paid and how. Lower the cost the better but I will pay for a good system. Ability to make recurring invoices/payments would be good to have for instalment payers.

I would take a look at Kashflow. It handles repeat invoices easily and you can also setup direct debits and card payments using the external services that it integrates with. It's not got a mobile app like i2Go and there's possibly slightly more work to initially setup, but I've found it to be very reliable so far. Other popular options are Xero, Freeagent, Quickbooks - most allow you to create trial accounts.

I use Kash Flow as well and love it. I've tried other systems (some integrate with my web shop natively) but I can't get on with them.
We use PayPal, Stripe and Cardsave (Worldpay) as payment processors. Kash Flow integrates with all of them, we currently use it with the Cardsave account as it's easy and funds are in the bank within a couple of days. Stripe is good and easy to get going with but it takes 7 days for funds to hit account and I find the whole lack of balance information and fees information annoying.
