Clearly you're annoyed at getting the blame for these tickets. I very much doubt that the buyer can avoid liability just by failing to send the form off, but in any case there's no point SHOUTING AT US about it. Talking to DVLA would be more productive. If you want to share your problem and ask for our help finding the new owner, one post would have done the job.

I'm sure you don't expect this bloke to read your posts and be intimidated into doing what you want, so all these repeated posts is doing is p!ssing the rest of us off. And in any case please STOP SHOUTING, it's rude!

Hope you resolve it soon, but if not then abusive posts here are unlikely to help and may complicate things if it ever gets as far as a court.
