Remote not locking doors

I am currently unable to lock/unlock my MY08 DB9 using the key fob remote, I am however able to lock/unlock with the key.
Are there any sneaky tricks available I can try before I start looking at expensive part replacement?
Any sensible suggestions gratefully received.

and me also !!

As of today my V12VSR fobs do not work.

I can only access the car with the key.

I have just put a new battery in the glass key and still nothing at all.

I have tried the spare black fob and again nothing.

Ive spoken to AM works and they had no further user suggestions.

It worked perfectly yesterday.

Anybody here know what to do?

I just tried again and no change so I opened the car with the spare metal KEY and continued on my journey.

Upon arrival I tried the fob to lock the car and it just worked immediately.

Go figure !!

This is a well known problem. The cheap door modules seem to have a limited life. Both failed in my five year old 2005 DB9.
Ditto with my son's 2006 V8V.
