Plugs for 4.0..??

Should I use BPR6EIX iridium, or the usual B7ECS.?

I have heard the colder plugs are better...

Started with BPR6ES and they were the correct colour, the 7ECS were black and sooty. Just put the Iridium in so cant comment but all seems much better, although junked the extenders at the same time as putting the 6's in.
430BV not the 500 but will do that too when its back on the road.
