I'm a worrier. No matter how much I try to program myself to enjoy life as every day is my last I can't shake worrying.

It's not everything I worry about mind; just things that most would see as pointless things that cannot be changed.

What kind of stuff do you lot worry about?

Various things.

But there is always something.

Not necessarily worth worrying about, but as soon as one thing is cleared up - my mind will find something.

It's not ideal smile

Noises mainly.

Dripping taps, overflowing cisterns, a window ajar in the breeze, rodents scurrying in the loft space, central heating pipes ticking (or dripping?), all in the quiet dark hours when I should be asleep.

That and the impending zombie apocalypse, obvs.

i am struggling with my own health at the moment, i have very little income but the only thing i worry about is my parents health. took them shopping today in the sunshine. they both had a good day and i managed to carry their shopping back to the car smile

i have nearly died a number of times , i gave up worrying about pretty much everything.

Everything. But principally health. My wife has been battling cancer for the last year or so and I am very stressed and have taken on a lot with work. I am self-employed so worry what would happen to my family if I fell ill. Was trying to consolidate and simplify my work commitments but have just taken on 2 new regular commitments that I felt I couldn't refuse.

But I too have always been a worrier.

Don't worry about that, my son in law designs and installs them all.

He is very good at his job.

Nothing, there is no point, if something happens then it happens and when it happens you can then work out what to do from that point, before that point needlessly worrying about something that may never happen is just a waste of time and energy.

Some things in life are bad, they can really make you mad. Other things just make you swear and curse. When you're chewin' on life's gristle, darn't grumble, give a whistle and this'll 'elp fings turn aaht for the best.....AND....etc etc.

Always worth remembering when things seem bad.
