Porsche 997 2004-2012 (Essential Companion)-the book
Discussion
Has anyone got a copy of the above book? I'm considering buying a copy, but wondered if there was much technical content (workshop manual style) if is it a narrative about the history and design instead?
I'd appreciate feedback if anyone has.
I've been a 911 owner for about 36 hours now. I'm sure something must need fixing.......

I've got it...it's the size of a telephone directory. The section on PDK is ten pages long....I'd appreciate feedback if anyone has.

Name a topic and I'll tell you how much detail it gives!
thank you for the replies, esp. Cheib, for your honesty.
Bore scoring, IMS failure and dashboard rattles?? this is cheery, just like the tvr forum!
SO!;is there a handy workshop manual type book available?? can't believe everything has to go through OPC.
