Help - Won't Start

Parked on drive three weeks ago (no starting problems of any kind at all up until then).
Tried to start it yesterday - doors unlocking fine, all dash lights on, but no sound at all from starter and no noise from fuel pump. I charged battery overnight (started at 5 amps so obviously low) but no joy this afternoon. Again, lights, doors OK but no sound from starter motor or fuel pump.
What's the best order to start looking at things that might be wrong?

I would guess flat battery followed by a p!ssed off alarm.
