Looking at the Octavia VRS estate...

I have been working out my budget for an estate (around 6-7k trade in of my E90 plus 5k-ish cash) and decent BMW tourers are out of my price range.
I ave always had a soft spot for the Octavia VRS, and I am going to view a 2014 one tomorrow. Are their any known issues or anything I should be looking out for?

I've had my 2015 TSI VRS estate since April last year and its been faultless, really impressed with it
The base audio and sat nav isnt great , try and get one with the Columbus and Canton audio if you can, its worthwhile and canton cant be retrofitted , almost everything else can
parking sensors are worthwhile also
I get 34-36mpg day to day and low 40's on a run taking it sensibly
