currently in rainy scotland working up a trial job with my team who normally don't see cold or wet weather.

i'm in a thin, well fitting goretex berghaus jacket with a high vis vest. they are wearing the usual bulky pvc high-vis gear we bought from screwfix this morning. all are complaining as they are slightly built guys [mostly asian] and have limited mobility.

does anyone know of something light and easy to work in like a good outdoor wind/rainproof jacket but without the £200+ price tag?

if it's work wear, just buy snickers. don't bother with cheap, inferior work clothing. they do full range out outdoor / waterproof clothing -

I have a couple of pair of overalls and a pair of shorts from them. Reassuringly expensive and they come in a nice box in double quite time. They also sponsor the Polish football time. I said SPONSOR not invade.

A shout out here for Helly Hansen and Blåklader. I use it for the winter here in Bergen where it constantly pisses down or snows with possible temperatures of -18. Works a treat and keep you dry.

Any decent sun screen for us out door workers? The sticky stuff is ok for laying on the beach, but no good if you work with any dust at all.
