0-60 in 2.6s, 100 in 6s. Wow. Hard to imagine the next generation Turbo-S will probably be dipping into the 5's!

I would normally disagree with this comment but we must be near the limit for tyre grip now?

Is drag racing the most appropriate use for one of these now?

Not really as they are rapid through the twisties too. Amazing piece of kit. I still think styling off a bit off but I could forgive it that the way it goes.

When it blows everything else into the weeds, yes. And as already said, it's a fantastic all rounder too. Can be comfortably used everyday, relatively cheap to run (reliable, service every 2yrs, warranty extendable to 15yrs,), can accommodate 4 people, and dare I say - good value for money. Mega car.

Agree it's looking portly, thing is in reality is it actually any quicker than a 991.2 Carerra on UK roads? I'm sure in ideal conditions it would be but how often is that? Just seems like too much car albeit a very impressive one.

I believe they are pretty good on depreciation as well. Still last gen still around the 110-120 thousand mark.

Exactly what is the relevance of 0-60 or 0-100 in a road car?

In all my life I've never had a situation where I've needed to do a standing start beyond about 30 mph.

No reason why it couldn't be £40,000 cheaper.

You need to get into Europe and do the 'toll-road-racing-start' just after you have paid and the barrier lifts hehe
