Property development - partnering up

Having all the skills needed to manage and work in this field but all money tied up elsewhere, does anyone fancy going in with me on a or some small developments?

In and around the London area preferred as I already have accommodation there but happy to think of elsewhere to..

I am Moose, maybe I should put a link to the trhread as my CV..

Its just an idea at the moment so no scout work done, i think any prospective areas, buildings etwould be best looked at together anyway tbh

Our development in france is at a stage now where it can be left and picked up again before next season starts in June without any isssues being created for our living or guests holiday accomodation.

Reasons for UK return are short term and family orientated but a situation that I can put a possitive spin on for ourselves and someone else, I know I can easily turn a fair sized property around in 9 months as Ive done it a few times with 600k + houses, just need someone to go in with, someone fronbta the money & I'll work full time and manage the trades that bring things in on time and budget, a fairly simple process to me tbh.

Dont need hands on tbh as thats what i bring to the party, financial investment for the main part with some local knowledge on areas to look at is the only help I'll need really, having said that I'm currently doing some info gathering on prospective areas and which are and will be getting council investment for the future.

With that in mind, a split on profits or fixed amount, depends on size of project really but i'd want it wrapped up in a max of 9 mths so not too large, last one i did in princes risborough we took from 400 > 980 with only a 32m2 extension in 12mths (200k spend) completely gutted though and 400t of excavation to garden in that period by yours truely.

Happy to turn something real small in a few months at a lower cost or something bigger in 9 months, 2-300k or 5-700k as an approx. It really depends on whats out there property wise and what budget is available.

Best pm me if you have some ideas on how much you want to spend and in what area.
