BMW M5 E39 values

Hi all,
Thinking about scratching the M5 itch I have, by buying an E39.
I've seen a decent looking post facelift, but it has 165k miles. The price is £6.5k.
Is this and ok price or is it too expensive. Is there anything that I should be looking at at this mileage/age?
