Need a favour from any VAG owner

I have a 2012 Passat and don't get on with the driver's seat at all.

I'm trying to find which other VAG models have the same mounting points, so I can have a look on eBay for some better compatible seats.

If you have a spare couple of minutes could you please help me out by measuring the distance between the four bolts under your driver's seat and let me know what model you have? Thank you

I have the same problem with my A6 AllRoad and although in most respects it's a great tool, the seat is proving sufficiently bum-numbing for me to be actively looking at chopping it in.

look for the sporty /top of the range passats , might have a recaro type seat

The seats from a Passat sport/Sel/Cc should fit fine and are essentially scirocco seats minus the folding mechanism.

Additionally, I would assume that anything with a PQ35 platform would be ok (mk5/6 golf, Skoda superb, seat Leon etc) would bolt up but I don't know if they would have the same airbag plugs etc

CC seats are probably worth a look but difficult to say for sure what will/ won't fit.
