Motocross Experience Day?
Discussion
I did the Yamaha one a few years back. They offer two courses, a single day at one of their tracks, or a weekend away in Wales.
I did the single day experience and got to ride 125's (a works one as well), 250's and most of the time a 400cc (this was my choice). The day is good fun and I was completely knackered at the end of it. IIRC it was around the £150 mark and it included the bike, the kit and should you break anything it is covered (I broke a brake lever!
).
Suzuki do one as well that gets some good reviews from what I've heard/read. I might look in to do this one sometime during the year.

In case anyone else is considering it, I did the Yamaha Experience in Wales a little while ago:

An excellent day - very very tiring but brilliant fun.
The instructors were up for a laugh. I had a few good crashes, and their attitude is just get up and carry on - no fuss.
Well worth it - we're going to do it again.
