Interesting Survey about Young People
Discussion
There is an interesting survey about 18-24 year olds in todays Telegraph.
Surprise surprise more of them (46%) have voted in a reality TV show than are planning to vote in the next General Election (42%)
Though that is perhaps for the best given that their knowledge of politics is so limited that only 44% know what a constituency is.
The young are rather more conservative than I thought.
Apparently their biggest concern is high taxes, 40% think a mother of young children's place is in the home and nearly twice as many regarded Osma Bin Laden as a villain than George Bush (87% as opposed to 49%)
Maybe there is hope for the next generation after all.
