Well, back then it was a Countach, but today my wife fulfilled that dream in a more up to date incarnation. I am the very proud owner of a fabulous yellow LP570-4 Superleggera. I've never smiled so much for ages...my face hurts!

Your wife bought it for you?

Does she have a sister?

Or is her mother available?

Granny?

Real FUN car. Downshifts into 2nd gear will make you giggle in delight and constantly make you want to change down unnecessarily for the hell of it.

Whilst I think the superfast II gearbox in the 430 Scuderia is the best gearbox out there period
( inc the latest DSG's which are too smooth ) the sound of downshifts particularly 3rd to 2nd in the e-gear Gallardo are a riot

Enjoy

Thanks everyone. My wife does have a sister, but trust me, you don't want a Lamborghini that badly! Lol.

Congrats on your purchase, as a fellow LP570-4 SL owner, it's great to see someone excited about the forgotten Gallardo again :-) It's an epic car, with a N/A V10 soundtrack that is so addictive that I can't bring myself to part with mine.. even after an extended 650s testdrive.

Enjoy :-)
