Bump stop replacement

My Cayman went for a minor service this week. The nice little video the OPC sent over showed both bump stops on the rear suspension to be perished. It wasn't classed as a "replace now" item by the OPC. What kind of time frame should I be thinking in terms of replacement? There were a few other things to think about replacing so I'd like to think about priorities.
