Provenance apart(due diligence by expert needed - lots of features which aren't original ) those roll bars will just have to go....

It doesn't look like a Series 1 Seven to me -at all. If anything, it COULD be a Series 2 but even that is dubious. Indeed, to me it doesn't even look like a Lotus or even a Caterham.

Here's a series of pictures of typical Series 1









On a genuine Series 1, the nose cone is aluminium (not fibreglass). Also, the body shape is quite different. And finally, the wings/mudguards are much narrower - and are usually cycle wings on the front (although some Series 1 cars did have clamshells).

It doesn't look anything like a S1 to me. My first thought was a pre-lit Westfield.
