Cloudy Looking Instruments

I have a 99T Chim with blue instrument dials, the trouble is that they always look as though they are cloudy or that the inner glass is dirty,
How difficult is it to get these cleaned.

Anyone had the same problem or better still know how to clean them ?

i think that's normal, the glass is slightly frosted to reduce reflections.

Correct. They also suffer from internal condensation if you drive the car in very cold conditions.
