Thai spicy noodles tonight

Pork mince
Garlic
Onion
Chilli
Capsicum
Green beans
Cashew nuts
Thai curry paste
Fresh ginger
Fish sauce/soy sauce
Tamarind paste
Coriander (frozen or fresh)
Noodles

Fry it all up, bung in some coriander, add cooked noodles, pour beer/wine, serve and eat.

Easy as that.
