404 when adding new classified ad

Everytime I try to add a new advert, after the first page I get a 404 error.

I'm getting the same problem - 404 error when submitting an advert
Also tried logging on with new credentials and got a 500 error
Tried calling but they are permanently engaged - anyone found a solution or do I have to wait another 2 days??

BTW, while the Pug 404 picture and write-up may seem like a bit of harmless fun, it doesn't seem so humourous when the site is clearly broken.
