Thanks for all the positive comments, Guys.!!
It makes it all worthwhile.
I know that there is a lot more Chim owners than there are Griff's, but we are only divided by a body; I tend to spend most of my time on here, because you post a lot more relevant(AND interesting!!) Information, regarding tuning, modifications, problems, etc..
It's just a shame that I prefer the Grief's shape, to a Chim's...

(But only because I fell in love with the Griffith, BEFORE the Chimaera was born!!)

...Just a small footnote; the original registration, is J776 CNW...The Motorshow car is 768.?? Mine is the 9th Griff registered, but the chassis number ends in **05 - Maybe the 5th built??

I'm sure this is better than when it was first built, perfection comes to mind.
As with old classics half the game is re producing the cars to a higher standard than was ever offered by the manufacturer, this looks like one of those.
One day I'll try to do this,,,that's if I don't sell.
Inspiring work there Hillclimbmaniac

Thanks again guys!
In answer to the throttle bracket/fuel rail, etc., they were replated in zinc colour, by Metal Polishers
http://southwalesmetalfinishing.co.uk/metal-polish...
The remote modification was done by John Reid; it consists of some grub screws to the shaft, and the remote was re-bushed, etc., at John's suggestion...
I'll take a photo tomorrow
Cheers again
