Mrs K has picked this up on her computer and despite running AVG and Spybot it is refusing to leave. Has anyone else had it or know of a good fix?

Download Spybot search&destroy

Download SysClean (sysclean.com file)

Download pattern file for SysClean (unpack and copy with sysclean.com to the same folder)

Download Mwav

Download TDS-3

Download CCleaner


Procedure:
1.DISABLE SYSTEM RESTORE (optional)

2.REBOOT TO THE SAFE MODE (optional)

3.SHOW HIDDEN FILES (ask a grown up to help)

4.RUN HIJACKTHIS:
Check:

then FIX CHECKED.......

5.RUN ADVANCED PROCESS TERMINATION
Check if these processes are still running:
C:WINDOWSsystem32crko32.exe
C:WINDOWSadddy.exe
C:WINDOWSsystem32ieys32.exe
C:WINDOWSatlpa32.exe
C:WINDOWSatlvy.exe
C:WINDOWSsystem32
tou32.exe
If yes kill them...select and press "ALL" button in PROCESS CONTROL OPTIONS

6.FIND AND DELETEsome files may not exists)

7.SCANS:
run scan with Ad-AwareSE (full system scan, scan volume for ADS)
run scan with SpyBot
run scan with Mwav (all scan options)
run scan with SysClean
run scan with TDS-3

8.CLEANING
run CCleaner (analyze---run cleaner)

9.ENABLE SYSTEM RESTORE (if disabled)

10.REBOOT
