Netflix - loading issues

Recently I have had a number of occasions when I cannot watch anything on Netflix. It comes up with something like 'this title cannot be loaded - please try another' so I try a few and nothing works. The internet is fine and I can view through the same Panasonic bluray device.
It did this a while ago and I had the player changed at RS.
Any ideas what this could be and how I can test it?

I used to get similar on my Samsung TV, whereas the PS4 never had a problem at the same time. Since switching to Amazon fire I've not had the problem either.
Never really found the cause, but I assumed that it was something on the Samsung TV (probably the netflix app) which was being flaky.
