Late XJS electric seats

Can someone who has a late XJS (1990+) tell me where the electric adjustment buttons are mounted for the electric seats and what directions the seat moves in please? Also, were they all heated or was that an option?

I have a 1995 Celebration. The adjustments are on the door panels. Not all are heated. It was an option which I don't have
