does this SC pipework look wrong ?

These pipes running over the SC look wrong to me, shouldn't be like that on a TVS2300 ?

I thought they maybe coolant pipes ? But apparently they are electrical cabling in conduit

I would say they want re routing. Is there enough slack in the cables?

Looks like whoever fitted the SC forgot to locate them correctly prior to SC install, then thought sod it I am not taking that off again so will have to make do??.

If that's the case, I'd worry about the rest of the installation.
