GAZ or KONI

Anyone help me decide? the KONI ones are more readily available here in the US but are slightly dearer. The GAZ would have to be shipped from the UK.

New AVO's on my 420 and they were on my previous wedges also

I like them but I do know a few folk who are not keen

Honestly speaking if I was to do back to back tests with Koni / AVO / GAZ on normal road driving would I be able to tell the different? I doubt it lol

I would however go with adjustable ones so you can set the firmness to your liking and road surface

Konis are slightly better than Gaz, but on the other hand the Gaz ones are easily adjusted while mounted on the car, whereas to adjust the Konis you have to disconnect one end then twist the "lid" while pressing onto the body.

Just put GAZ on my 350i and they are great. I have literally reached through the wheel to adjust. Pretty good price as well.

Personally I don't rate Gaz.. The springs go rusty in a year or so and they squeak... Much happier with my current Nitrons

Koni is a much better product. And....can be serviced without sending it half way around the world.

If it were my car, and that was the option, it would be getting Konis
