Been looking at changing to a Cerbera from an Elise. I assume the service interval is 6k miles or every 12 months whichever is sooner - can someone confirm please. Will have between 17 and 20k to spend - what Cerbera should I be able to get for this kind of money?

Cheers

6000 or 12 months for a standard service.

12,000 for a tappet service.

So every other one it will need the tappets doing.

There should be loads around for £17-£20K, PH classifieds is probably your best bet.

Bank on saving about £250-£300 a month for maintenance.

If you spend less result but if not you have a bit in reserve.

BN is a Brighton Post code, but it is used along the South coast and not only in Brighton.

My mum lives in Hove, so you might see me down that way soon, look out for a black cerb with black wheels.

I may hold off selling the elise for another year - as last summer was so bloody unsunny my last summer with the elise has got to be a good one! If anyone local is out for spin I'd like to come along to grill you about Cerbs though
