[RESOLVED]Paid for advert but no advert and no-one will talk

Firstly I read the T&Cs that said no business name, but on the basis no-one will return my calls or reply to my email, I didn't see much choice other than posting on the forum.

I can see from the forum that there have been some issues with the classifieds. I had an advert that I sent live, went through the whole process, paid for it and had a confirmation email from WorldPay but on going back to the advert management area it still showed as needing to be sent live. There is also no invoice in the billing section.

Please can someone get in touch with me and resolve this.

Yes, saw the threads before posting, however the solution of keep trying doesn't appeal on the basis that could get quite expensive.

Is there a reason no-one has called or emailed back in the last 24 hours?

I'm afraid I don't know why no one has been in touch, although at a guess I'd imagine that they've be inundated with calls and emails following the site issues. I've asked your account manager to call you asap, so I hope this is quickly resolved.

Hi James,

Just a quick one to say thank you. Andy was quickly in touch and the advert is now live. I'm just waiting for the bill to show up in the PistonHeads system, which he is checking out for me.

I thought that might be the case after seeing the various posts this morning, but didn't know of that until then. As a hopefully constructive criticism, even a fairly blanket reply along the lines of we're experiencing difficulties and so have a back log, but will get to you ASAP would have placated me to know my enquiries had been received.

Thanks again though, I appreciate how you dealt with it after the forum post was made.
