[RESOLVED] Logging in + a hidden forum

Regarding the plod lounge access, I'm not sure why that wasn't sorted before but that has now been actioned and you shouldn't have access to it any longer.

Hi Dizeee,

Currently, users are able to log in using their Email Address or Classifieds Username. Unfortunately, it is not possible to log in using a Forum Username.

Could I ask a few questions about your logging in issues.

- You say you have had to log in to the forums 3 times in the last half hour. Have you ticked the Remember Me box on the login page when re-logging in each time?
- Are you using the same device and browser each time?
- What was the nature of the log out? Were you active on the forums for the last half an hour, i.e. clicking links, reading posts, etc, and sometimes when you click a link or a new page and then you find you've been logged out and prompted to log in again?

We have outstanding issues with users being logged out so the extra information would be very useful.

I'm not sure why it won't let you log in with a capital 'D', because I don't believe the username for logging in is case sensitive. What device and browser are you using? For info, the "Remember Me" information is stored in a cookie, so if you have something that stops/restricts cookies then that may be why it is not working correctly.
