Have I bought a lemon?

I bought a 30,000 mile 2012 Panamera GTS as an approved used car in May 2015, which has now covered 42,000 miles in total.

Since I bought the car it has had (under warranty, which lasts until Nov 2017):

A new A/C system last summer
New suspension bushes all round earlier this year
New rear subframe this week
New front speaker covers, which were rattling even when the stereo was turned off

As well as this, the car recently developed a transmission fault and despite it showing on the display when I dropped it off at Chiswick, they couldn't replicate the fault and the car has been returned to me. The transmission locked the car in comfort mode and didn't seem to affect its operation in anyway.

Whilst the above issues have not had any impact on my wallet, my concern is that it's only a matter of time until something comes up which Porsche wash their hands of.

In the 14 months I have had the car, it has been in the garage a month and while I really enjoy driving it, this doesn't seem a good omen.

Anyone else had this many issues? Am I worrying too much? The car does not get driven that hard but is starting to concern me.

I'd say you bought it at 'that' age.
All cars have one but they do differ greatly.

You don't drive an expensive car for it to be off the road for a month. I'd get rid pronto.

Time to look at getting out then.

Never thought my friend's Granturismo and another friend's DBS would be more reliable over the same period, even though they're older!!

Maybe their problems are yet to come!
