996 sports exhaust
Discussion
Used Paul to do the Gundo hack on my 996 Targa back in May. Also welded some S/S seams on the bottoms as they were splitting. IMO he did a really good job and I'm really pleased with the results - has got some more life out of the boxes, they look better and it sounds much better than before, more like a PSE car and is pretty unobtrusive at low revs.
Paul seems to be well rated on BMW forums and some Porsche specific ones and he is really busy so I had to wait a good few weeks before he had a free slot.
Make sure you buy the right (OEM) exhaust clamps (the ones that join the mufflers to the cats) - Paul will ask you to buy new ones for him to fit as the old ones will be shot: I bought pattern parts which looked identical but blew slightly when fitted.

Paul did my 996 earlier this year. I saved some money by removing the boxes myself at his house after his lifted and placed the car on his race ramps. I'm very happy with the sound now and the whole job took just under 2 hours from start to finish.
My boxes came off easily as I had experimented with Powerflow stainless boxes a month before.
