Best Football Scores/Fixtures App?

Now then.

I had been using the 'SKY Sports Score Centre' app to check on the scores and coming fixtures, but they seem to have updated it and it has lost a lot of the functionality.

Any recommend something better to install? (I'm using an iPhone if that matters).

Features I'd like:

Easy to tell what/when the next game for the Premier League team I follow is.
Check on all scores happening 'today'.
Way to see what games (all leagues/cups/etc) are being played on a particular day (current day and future dates)
All fixtures for a particular team listed all at once.

"Livescore" is a decent app at showing all games happening today & now. Not sure if you can set it up for a team:



Allows you to swipe right to see leagues, match stats, lineups and commentary of the bigger leagues' games.

Fotmob has all the features you are asking for. You can select your favorite team and view all fixtures for any team, news stories for your team, stats for all players, previous head to head results for the games being played. Also when big games are on, if you go to the news section within the match it will often have a link to watch the goals minutes after they go in. You can set goal alerts for teams or matches. It also tells you what matches are being shown on TV and what channel they are on.

Had the app for years and it's superb, the depth of stats is amazing. I've not seem any other app even get close.

not sure if there is an app but flashscores.co.uk is very fast updating almost instant.

I use flashscores app on Android. Like you say very quick at updating goals and you can "star" games to get notifications to your phone for goals

Best one I've found too. Use the iPhone app. You can favourite a team and no matter when they play you get the alert. You can also select specific games as well.
