what does this mean-email failure

getting it on a number of email I have been trying to send.

It sounds like the mail server thinks you are trying to use it as a relay.

SO it thought I was sending spam?

It worked this morning, no changes to the email fired outlook up and resent message, no error message back yet.

Could it be cause I am using the BT stmp to send emails from my domain named email address?
