Thanks, I've had a little dig about and the suggestion of a flash update was mentioned. I have no idea what that even means so I hoping someone may have had this issue sorted and be willing to point me in the right direction.
Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0606 is a PCM/ECM Powertrain / Engine Control Module Fault. It means the unit has failed one of its internal diagnostics. If it is failing a re-flash of the Software may fix it.
