Home insurance - listed property, company recommendations

It's that time of year again to renew home contents and building insurance.

We have a grade 2 listed property, due to this there are many companies who don't insure so interested in recommendations of a decent and reasonable company from personal experience.

Decent company = Hiscox, amazing customer service.
Tend to be (very) expensive though.
