Hello chaps I am trying to replace my dash on a MK1 94 Chim it has a black plastic heater control turney thing. How do you get it out off the fascia ? I don't want to snap it but the turney bit looks like it need to come off for the rest of it to come out ?
There are some small screws holding it in place. Also, be very very careful of the LEDs which are mounted in the steel frame and go into the dashboard. Its best to take the dash top off, then lift the whole dash out and lean forward.
Sod this for a game of soldiers. I'm clearly not cut out to be a TVR tech. Getting the dash top bit was a personal highlight. Who's idea was it to use a bolt 6" long in the most ridiculous place to get to ever !!
