European breakdown cover for larger motorhome?

So AA, RAC and Greenflag say our vehicle is too long and maybe also too heavy?

Going to Holland in it on Saturday and would have preferred to have some kind of cover.

Anyone know any other companies to try?

I have European Green Flag cover (taken out with the Caravan Club) for my 7m long Mercedes RMB and that weighs 4.6 tonnes.

My insurance is with Aviva and includes RAC European cover. My MH is 8.7m long and 4t.

I got the insurance through motorhomefacts.com but that's shouldnt make any difference tbh

The most comprehensive policy I could find was RAC Arrival. Via RAC site or slightly cheaper on the caravan club site.

It's the only policy with no weight or length restrictions in UK or 47 European countries inc Russia . (Although the ts&cs are confusing) the arrival bit means the restrictions on the European policy are removed.

They Will put you up in a hotel & give you a hire car whilst your motorhome is fixed / repatriated
