Does anyone now what sealer is used to refit the rear lights with it now it's not black silicone

I've used Sikaflex 219i, it's a marine sealant made from polyurethane rather than silicon. We've used it on mobile darkrooms used on ships and rigs so it's good stuff. Has the texture of rubber rather than silicon once it's cured.

Silkaflex every time. Doesn't shrink either.

I used Tiger seal when re fitting mine last year. It worked really well and is a bit cheaper than the Sika brand. I'll be using it to put everything back on when it comes back from it's respray too.

If anyone knows what they used back at the factory that would be great, It lasts 26 years. so good till 2046 if redone.
