Hmm, that does sound odd and isn't one of the normal log in issues we sometimes get.

I'll ask the tech guys to look into this for you as something is definitely not quite right.

As a thought, have you tried logging in using your email address and password instead of your user name?

Not to my knowledge.... Whilst it doesn't help you, what you're describing sounds like a unique problem that only you are having the pleasure of!

Could you try logging in with your email address instead of your username when you get a moment and let me know how you get on?

Hi Dizeee,

We haven't changed anything our end.

The username/email address field is case sensitive so ensure that you type your username (your login username, not your forums username) correctly. Sometimes a browser will automatically add a space to the end of your username so check for that as well.
