Bit of a long shot but does anyone have a direct contact to somebody from 9e? I've just driven down from Yorkshire to drop off my car and found they're closed. At the states time of 1pm so no blame attached to 9e - just want to drop my car off and get back to The North on my train.

Looks like Cinderella might go to the ball after all. Managed to speak to Ken and think we're sorted. Awesome stuff! Good lesson for me to call ahead to confirm a time - props to 9e for sorting.
