heater stepper motor

where is it and how do you get to it anybody please.

funny you should ask , i have just had mine repaired today at power, ahhh heat! take the bonnet of and its under the large black cover near the passenger side of the wind screen (a real pain to get to) if your stepper motor has failed check to see if the grub screw has come lose (if your lucky) or in my case the final gear in the gearbox attached to the motor had stripped three teeth but the final wheel only does a 1/3 of a turn so they turned the gear 180 degrees and hey presto... heat (cheers dom!)
